Default Panel coming off of a Military aircraft, hitting another.

Looks like a panel, which I think is the F/A18, comes off and hits the single engine aircraft, which could be the A4 (hard to tell from the angle

Can't open the link unfortunately, but it sounds like the video of the separation tests from the F/A-18, where the inert BDU-50 drops off and takes off the right wing of the A-4 chase plane.
