Color Blindness ETP's

It looks like I'm gonna have to get an ETP. Has anyone done this or know of someone who has been through this. I'm signed up to go to pilot school in January, and I heard this ETP comes down from Gen Jumper. How long does it take? Any advice on how to expedite the process. It looks like an uphill battle, and I'm sweatin' bullets right now. All I've worked for and all the time I've spent trying to get this far seem to be coming to a screaching halt. Any info would be nice. Thanks in advance.
