Major loss of situational awareness! There you go, your tax dollars at work. Figures that would happen to a bunch of good for nothing Midshipman. I've found that USNA officers are the most uptight a-holes in the world. Mustangs and ROTC O's make better well rounded officers, aint that right Mike D!

No, that's my old roomate. I guess I wasn't photogenic enough for the Navy photographer. I was sitting on the ramp then. Though I am one mean .50 Cal shooter. I always loved re-enacting the famous scene from Full Metal Jacket. I always had the pilot's rollin in the cockpit. We used to just kick 55 gal barrels out the back of the helo into the water and shoot them, not much to shoot at since they sink pretty quick. Our Wing commander madea deal with the Army up at Ft Pickett, near Richmond, VA, so we could go up there and shoot at old tanks on their ranges. A WHOLE lot more funner!

[/ QUOTE ] We loved getting those middies on our ship for their requisite summer cruises. All the enlisted onboard would be licking their chops cause we knew it was the only time we could tell them what to do and actually make them work.

That's probably why they would turn into jerks once they got their bars. To take their revenge. It was and endless cycle. Jerk O's (pun intended) would piss of enlisted who would take it out on the middies who would turn into those a-holes.
