Best advice i can give, is watch your aircrafts maintenance. Alot of schools expect their CFIs to overlook maintenance issues just so they can keep logging the hours. Never compromise your safety or your principles just to make your employer happy.
Its great to see that you got a job somwhere in this field. I applaude your efforts in finding a job and the very fact that you actually found one, makes me happy. Its a very hard industry to get work in and very few in this world truly understand the dedication that our proffesion and passion requires.
If there is ANYthing that I can do to lend a hand (advice on instructing, flying etc), please dont hesitate to ask. Not that I have any pull or anything, but you never know.
