Yeah the hall of fame is pretty good. I went a while ago and I think they've added some stuff since then. They did have a small jet fighter simulator which was really fun. Besides that and KSC itself, there isn't a whole lot to do but that should keep you occupied for a few hours. I think they have viewing sites out there to see the launch so you should be covered and have a great view. Just be warned there are usually TONS of people out here for the launch so traffic can be a headache but with the amount of time you have it shouldn't be an issue.
