Same here. Buuut I'm heading up to Montana to use my grandpa's plane and an instructor he knows. Then when I get back, hopefully my FBO will have an airplane to rent so I can do some travelling within the state. Normally, where do you go (not necessarily flying, but just in general) in southern MO??
We should meet up in our travels one day.

I graduated from there about 11 years ago. It's probably the best aviation program out there, IMHO, as far as classroom knowledge and laying the fundamentals to build your working knowledge on once you graduate.
