Brief at 0930

Plyometrics
Off at 1800...

should have turned my phone off last night...txt at 0630 from one of my favorite tanker base employees...

Fires! Come on down 27!

I get up and told him it's my day off...
So I have been going since then...dropped off laundry, and had breakfast, then drove around with our crew chief.

I did Day 1 of P90X of my second time through. ouch.

Played guitar for a bit and going to go out with the crew to karaoke tonight.
