Hey awd, I am working on my instructor ratings, just finishing up single commercial. I believe they are looking for instructors with a couple years of experience and a degree. Aviator just started a two year degree program and they are short on CFIs with degrees to teach the college program. You can't teach at the college level in Florida without a BA or BS.

Wiggins Airways is like the other 6 contractors to fedEx. These days they're just not- but when the good times return they do the 2,000 hour thinhg.
I know some Midland /Odessa, Tx pipeliners hire at 600 and give you 5 to 8 hours a day. Year round.
