Promoted! New challenges!

I posted a thread a few months ago, that I was frustrated and wanting to quit flying, that was last year, but I stuck it out at that company till last month when I gave them my 2 weeks notice for "personal reasons" and decided I was going to leave flying .

But a old heli collague said to give his old buddy a call as he may be looking for a instructor and that buddy already called this guy to recomend me so i said i'd think about it, once I was finished my job and on the way back to my home town with no idea what to do with my life and knowing that I was gonna leave flying I stopped by a another old collagues office and he asked me to help out his company for the winter part time as instructor/office guy then I could decide what I wanted to do come spring time, so as a favor I said yes, then 2 days later my old collagues buddy called me and said he got my # from my heli buddy and that he was looking for a instructor for a new school, etc so fast forward today, the owners of this new aircraft charter company have asked me to come onboard as Chief Flight Instructor, they checked my references and were impressed I am told lol, They hired me because I am dual rated and have a back ground in training/instructing, so This new company has a float plane/helicopter charter side and the flight school which I will run, as well as flying as required on the floats and heli side.
