    |  Hired at UPS for 757s! jk. that is far far away... but I am one step closer. IFR rating baby! woohoo! Starting on CAMEL next week. it was very smooth. I'm surprised myself I did that well... I overstudied I guess  weather was the only thing. I didn't really have a clue about precipitation chart when he showed me. apparently it shows how many inches it would rain if all the moisture condensed, and rained... pretty useful actually.

| Re: Hired at UPS for 757s! UPS doesn't have 727's anymore. Soon, they won't have F/E's, either. Congratz on the IFR. It's the basis of the flying one does as a professional pilot.

| Re: Hired at UPS for 757s! Congrats on the IFR...... Honestly I thought the IFR was the most rewarding rating one could earn next to an Instructor certificate. For me its like it opens the world up to you all of a sudden. And instrument flying on an flight plan is just so much more enjoyable for myself at least. |
