| Thanks to all those you offered their advice and wisdom on the forums. I finally got a class date for the EMB-120. It is the plane and company I have always wanted to work for at the regional level. It has been a long 3 years of flight training and instructing, but it has finally paid off. I am so glad I went above and beyond with all my ratings and didn't just do the bare mins. I can't imagine passing the interview with basic knowledge or without teaching lots of instrument/multi students. I hope to be paying it forward here shortly. ![]() Last edited by SierraPilot123; May 2nd, 2008 at 15:34. |

| congrats. Funny things is, I used that same picture for my background on my laptop. It made the cockpit of the EMB look like this huge vast area of infinite space. I finally get in there, and I"m like.........what happend to all that space? LOL. It's a great airplane. Remember, everytime you touch the power levers(once a prop guy always a prop guy) you touch the rudder trim. The other day I'm landing the RJ at XYZ airport, and I ask for flaps 15, gear down before landing check. The FO hesitates and I wonder why so I look over at him. He's like," flaps 15?" I finally got it and started laughing. I told him, "sorry getting old, thats a bro-ism!". |
