Smile Noob saying hello

Hello,

I have been looking for a place like this for a long time. I am 17 years old, a Junior in high school with about 250TT Private Airplane and Glider, dead set on becoming an airline pilot. I am an hour or so away from finishing my tailwheel endorsement and a few more from getting checked out in a Piper Arrow to begin Commercial training with about half of my instrument rating done.

I plan on doing the 4-year college gig to get into the world at either SIU, U of I, or Lewis University.

Hobbies include (aviation)photography, and listening to Pink Floyd when I am not doing anything else aviation related. (after all, its not a hobby, its a life)

Look forward to the discussion here!

Excellent. You're a lot further ahead than I was when I was 17!

Welcome!

Same here, I'm 21 and still don't have a drop of flight time. Good Luck!
