IRA passed!

I just completed my Instrument Written a few hours ago, I now have about 6 more lessons and I am done with my Instrument training! Can't wait to get done!

Ughh. The instrument test was the hardest out of the private and commercial writtens. At least for me.

Have you done your stage 46 yet?

I'm waiting for an instructor for the stage 46. I should be done with it by next weekend.

Deadline for bonus points for the written is tomorrow and I am just glad to put it behind me. You should of seen the line for the written at Ryan Hall today. Everyone was taking it.

I had classes and tests on top of tests so the only chance I got to study for it was this morning. Woke up nice and early and crammed till 1:30, took the test at 2pm. Private written was 100 bajilion times easier, but we haven't covered XC operations yet so I basically had no idea what I was doing when it came to those types of questions. I got the exact questions that I was hoping I wouldn't get, so I pretty much figured out a lot of stuff right there on the spot using the legend for help. Needless to say, I used the WHOLE time for it.

How's commercial going for you? Have you completed stage 70? I'm excited to get that started this summer. Only 4 more weeks.

Yea there was a similar situation with ryan hall being packed because we had to have our commercial writtens done by the 13th or we lost a full letter grade. I am doing my oral this week after about 2 weeks of waiting so by the time I do the flight it will have ben about 3 weeks since I flew so that should be interesting. I had to wait just under a month to do my stage 53 flight and still passed so im hoping I will still remember how to do everything by the time I get to my stage 70 flight.
