Hi everyone! Ill be graduating college soon, and I have my commercial ASEL. Im trying to decide to do my multi first or start my CFI, or if I should even become a CFI and try and take advantage of the airlines lowered hiring times? What do you guys think?

Hello my dear friend!

Personally I'm not aware of any CFI's that feel it wasn't worth being one.

If I had more free time, I'd love to teach a few students.

I asked myself the same thing, take advantage of the regional minimums, but becoming a CFI is definently one of the best decisions I made, I enjoy teaching people. Being a CFI is where the true learning begins, and seeing if your truly understand your passion. Go for the CFI!

CFI is the way to go first. I enjoy being a CFI and it always gives you something to fall back on if anyone were to furlough you.
