 |  First Solo Hey yall I finally did my first solo I know it took me a while but with family and all it was hard for me to find time flying, so 4 to/gos in the pattern and I was grinning ear to ear. |

 | Re: First Solo Congrats...great feeling, isn't it?! You'll remember your first solo for the rest of your life. I can still remember how light the plane was, and how two out of the three landings were my best...the third one we won't talk about  .Now, wait until you send somebody up to solo for the first time and you feel like a dad watching their kids and hoping you've given them all the tools they need to succeed!!! |

| Re: First Solo Thanks for the comments everyone. One thing I have to say though Even though I do not post much on here this forum has been a very good tool for research and also motivation. Thanks Jet careers and all the fine people that post. A little butt kissing. |

| Re: First Solo Awesome, man. I am going to be doing my solo in a few weeks. I am definitely nervous. I have confidence that I could probably be ok taking the plane up by myself right now, but a few more lessons will help in instill that confidence! I heard you are more focused than ever when you go up for the 1st time. I hope that applies to me as well! |
