|  Knock Knock . . .. Hello, I'm the new guy on the block, so I thought I'd make an introduction. I have a ppl and I am currently working on an instrument rating.I am really enthused to be part of this aviation community both online, and offline. I wasn't a pilot in the Navy, I was an inflight avionics technician (IFT). But as far as "flight training", I went to school in Jax and P-cola, more specifically VP-30 in Jax. That was a nice gig because I lived about 4 hours south of Jacksonville, so I "could" go home on the weekends/ off duty days. My friends and family had a difficult time believing that I was in the military because of my frequent trips home, that is of course until I left for Hawaii. Where did you go after Jacksonville? | |
