Default Long Beach (Alteon) Simulators are being moved

Sad day for me, the 737NG simulator will be moved out of the Long Beach Training Center any day now.

& then my baby, the 717 simulator will be out the door at the end of the week....

Oh well.....

Sorry to see them go, Pengy. Getting a chance to break, er, fly the sims was some of the most fun I've ever had (that didn't involve Captain Morgan and his fine rum).

Thanks again for the opportunity.

Absolutely, Mike.

Thanks for getting countless numbers of JC'ers in the simulators for motivation and confidence building.

I still remember thinking I was going to wreck the MD-11 during my leg and then watching Chris Africa grease a landing a few moments later. Good memories!

Hear hear. Thanks again Mike for allowing us the once in a lifetime opportunity. I still say we need to have a going away party for Mike and his wifey.

When do the memorable experiences for us in Florida begin?

Is that the same NG that came from Seattle a few years ago. If so, I have some good memories in it. My dad got to spend a few hours in it with me back in 2003.

Yes Mike, thanks for your hospitality and generosity. I had a lot of fun that day, and I know that you stayed longer than you had to (it was a Sunday, and you were going to meet your wife for lunch), so I could enjoy the whole experience.

Thanks also to the gentleman (sorry, but I forgot his name), that was with me in the simulator.

Best wishes for you in this new stage in your life. Enjoy Florida.

Mike thanks for the awesome memories you left us with.

Really this is gonna sound crazy but seeing myself land a MD11 and MD80 in one piece gave me more confidence in pursuing my dream.

You are great, thanks again for the hard work!!

Thanks always Mike. I would have loved to have "flown" the 738 sim. Like Armen said it was awesome and a big confidence booster when the sim guy had to check and triple check in the 717 sim if I was in fact flying raw data. Then called me a "natural stick."

Thank you for that opportunity!

And can't wait to fly that 7576 & 777 sim in Florida!
