Hello, I guess you have another ATC type to try and answer questions. "I have your request, maintain..." A little humor. Ok, so I'm not that funny. On the other hand, I have 24 plus years experience as a terminal ATC. From VFR towers at MIC and STP to small TRACONs at FAR and MLI to Minneapolis TRACON. I retired in June because I could, and the people in Washington made it not so fun anymore. I am enjoying my newfound freedom, but I do miss moving airplanes and the great people I worked with. I am even thinking of going back to work at a FCT if they will have me. Anyway, I'm here now and would be happy to try and seriously answer any questions and hopefully make some new friends. |
