 |  Newbie Just wanted to say hey. New to flying just obtained my private going to ATP! Just figured i'd post in here first. My father is my instructor and is partners in a flight school out of Hartford, Brainard (KHFD) that they will be closing on this coming Monday. So if your in the area for the AOPA convention feel free to stop on by. The school will be advertised under Metro Flight for the convention but will be changed later to Connecticut Flight Academy. - Steve |

| Re: Newbie Metro isn't closing. They are being bought out. The owner is ready to sell and we were ready to buy. School will be later called Connecticut Flight Academy. Henry will be a flight instructor there along with others. My father has 3000+ hours, 2000+ which are training hours. As for ATP I was saying just received my PPL and working toward my ATP in the future. |
