When I was living up there, I lived on Pelahm Rd. in Greenville. It's only 14 miles from the airport. It's a long road in a popular area and there are lots of nice places to live and things to do. email me @ jejohnson2@yahoo.com if you want any other info.

Nope, but it's a popular place to bring students on cross country. Been there maybe 5 or 6 times in the Tweet, but it's even easier in the T-6, with the longer range. Figured I might say hello next time I'm in town or something.

| Old Skool | Did you ever go to New Orleans? I've seen Tweets here every once in a while. I work at the base here.

I've flown into Alvin Calendar once. It was a little bit of a pain, though. The folks on base were great, but it was so far away from the French quarter that it really ate into our time to eat/drink/party. I think that guys prefer going into Lakefront, but I haven't talked to anyone who's been in there since Katrina.
