I recently did the ILS 15R circle to land 4L into BOS. It was a fun approach, got to do it twice in one day! Hands down my favorite approach as of yet. I nailed it both times and it sure was fun. ![]() I'm sure the Cape air and fellow Colgan guys know what I'm talking about. |

Yep, I'll never forget the first time I did that approach or who I was flying with that day. It was January 4th 2006 and it was from from PQI-BOS. Congrats on popping your cherry. It definetly puts some hair on the gonads and chest to do that one.

Yeah it did, they actually used to have a Beech base up there. The first winter I was here, the PQI Saab had issues every freaking day. We got sent up there a lot to cover for it.

Congrats on nailing the approach! Its fun as hell isn't it? If I got to shoot that approach at least once a day, I don't think I'd ever get bored of flying! Its almost like your doing a Torpedo run! |
