| Junior Member | Well it has been a while since I posted or even spent some time here. I apologize for my absence but in my defense I have been a little preoccupied. So, what the heck have I been up to? well, I am now living in Crookston, MN and going to UND. I am working working on my multi comm. I quit my 7 year career, packed up my house and drove halfway across the country. Unpacked the truck and left for Salt Lake City for a week while the wife unpacked the house (needless to say she was less than happy about that). School is now underway and settling down. Internet at the house is slow dial-up, so I have limited access to JC, which makes me less than happy. Good thing campus is full of wifi (and I have a $400 laptop). Now I am in the process of looking for employment and doing home work. So, that is what I have been up to. Oh yeah, the wife and I are expecting also!! It's great to get back on line with JC. I apologize for my absence.

| is the housing in CKN really that much cheaper after the gas is figured in at 60+ miles/day round trip?

| i used to drive to KCKN 6 days a week for instructing at UMC and that ended up costing me around 200-250/month in gas with a 27mpg average! now i just go to KGFK and it is great, since i burn about 75-80/month in gas. even less now that i am riding the bike daily
