| Hired Feels good to get that first flying job.
Got the offer from Rochester Aerial Mapping Service yesterday and I am really excited. Plus I get to work for a company from my home town which is even better.
I decided instructing wasn't for me for many reasons so this is a excellent way for me to get experience in a real world setting. And I still get to pay my dues and work my way forward.
This truly is a great company and the owners are the nicest people and I have yet to hear one bad experience from their former pilots.
BIG Thanks to mjb00123 for posting the job and helping me through the way. Thanks man.

My school is going international and after teaching some in Ground I said no thanks.

| Re: Hired COngrats on the Mapping job!
Get some good shots for us
Sorry to hear about the dislike of instructing, but it sounded like you never even instructed in the airplane and dismissed it quite quickly.
To each their own though. Enjoy the job! |

| Re: Hired Congrats, you'll have a great experience. I flew for a couple different aerial photography/aerial survey firms a few years ago and it was good stuff.
And now you're officially a member of the much disliked "non-instructor club" like myself. Stay strong!
