 |  I've been waiting to post this news.... I passed my private pilot check ride today!!!!! I am officially a licensed pilot! I honestly couldn't be happier right now. Just thought I would let you all know. The oral part of it was only about 45 minutes, and the actual flying was about 1.2 . I'm looking forward to starting my instrument training   |

| Re: I've been waiting to post this news.... Congratulations! I've heard (and believe) the PPL is the hardest because you will never makes as big a jump in another rating as no experience to a pilot. |

I went up to Richardson to visit some family down here for the weekend, and wasn't around a computer to reply to anyone. | Re: I've been waiting to post this news.... my best congratulations to you. have fun, be safe.. don't forget your dead reckoning/pilotage skills; enjoy building plenty of cross country time with them before starting your instrument training..day and night..well worth it to be a well-rounded pilot.
