| Senior Member | After procrastinating and being lazy I went and took my CFI Initial and passed. Oral was just under 2 hours and flight was 1.1. Just wanted to thank Doug and everyone else at JC. I certainly have learned a lot in my short time here and eager to learn more! Time to sleep a few days... Last edited by E6BAV8R; July 24th, 2007 at 17:49. |

| Which FSDO did you do it with? Definately not San Diego's!

| Senior Member | I did it with the Oklahoma City FSDO. I just hit the books hardcore for about 2 months and just went in and steamrolled through the PTS. I didn't expect it to go near that fast. Casey, I didn't get around to posting my checkride but I did post a rather intensive CFI oral prep guide if you want to study that for the time being. Thanks all! |
