The checkride was actually dissapointingly easy. 4 appraoches, some engine out stuff. The oral lasted about an hour and a half and covered systems one the seminole, some king air stuff, basic light twin systems, weather, weight and balance and performance stuff. I actually got a little giddy when i saw the DE filling out the paperwork. Reminded me of when I got my private and then again when I got my CFI. Tallied up my logbook today as well....2525TT |

Excellent! I got mine in s C-206! Can you imagine? I did it because it was WAY cheaper and at least the written didn't expire. When I applied to the regionals, I just said I had an ATP and 150 hours of multi. Nobody asked and I didn't tell them the ATP was single engine only. Actually is was a pretty good plan. When I first upgraded in the EMB-110 I got a type rating and the ATP at the same time. Now my certificate doesn't have the "commercial privileges single engine land" limitation. It just says ATP: Single and Multi engine land.
