Tony, having someone fraudently use your identity is fairly serious and "dramatic". My attorney is on the case and I will take legal action if it comes to that. That's all I have to say about the other aviation site. In no way do I want to poison the good vibes that exist here.

I am happy that you can indeed verify that Vagabond is indeed a real lawyer and judge.

You're still a member there, and I believe you might be mistaking the AutoLogin feature as someone using your name. The next time you're there, remember to Log Out -- that will change the cookies that vBulletin looks at to make your Login easier. The same thing occurs here, and at FlightInfo, and at ProPilotWorld and at hundreds of other bulletin boards that use the vBulletin software. There's nothing untoward about that.
