| Big Chief's Woman | Welcome aboard Danny! I take it your flight opportunities in PR are slim or too expensive which is why you want to move to florida? |

well, flying here isnt bad cause I know excelent instructors, and nice weather and all that. I think the hours around $123 $130 hour with instructors plus $10(I think) each pre - post breafings with a C-172 wet. I live 1 hour driving form San Juan where most af the flying schools are. The cross country flights are greats flying from PR to St.thomas island here in the caribbean. Its kind of hard for me paying dolar by dolar without any financial aid but I know isnt impossible, only one school have financial aid(Teri Loans) but its the expensive one with new piper archers. I really wants to finish my PPL here in P.R. to enjoy the weather and having fun, but I think I'll take almost a year. dont sure yet. If I move to the sates to take the raitings I'll do in FL because its also a kind of tropical weather. | |

| Old Skool | Welcome to Jetcareers ... I spent 5 months down in San Juan back in '03. Never did get to take part in any personal aviating while I was down there. I hope things work out for you and you keep us updated.
