Default Finally back in the air...

Finally back in the air...

After a three year hiatus from the wonderful world of flying, I'm finally back at it! Flying that is... JetCareers has proven to be a source of invaluable and continuous information. Thanks to JC and all the members for the motivation to keep the dream alive and to press on!

I've started my Instrument/Commercial training at Accessible Aviation in Columbus, MS.

Anyone else ever have any bouts with the ATC-170 simulator? Touchy little fella, huh?!?

Again, thanks to all!

Welcome back in the saddle!

You sim note made me go back and look in my old logbook...nope, different sim. 2.8 hours of AST300 time, just over 10 years ago. Twitchy.

Did you look into RAS at GTR or were they just not doing it for you?

Just didn't do it for me! Actually, I was looking for a Part 141 school to use my VA benefits. So that really narrowed down my choices. Accessible Aviation was the only Part 141 school within 100 miles!

Did you train at RAS at GTR?
