Hello all, First time to post after reading/lurking over many threads. Here in Vero Beach, yes I am at that school, enjoying the flying but ready to get out of this town. Currently working on my multi-engine. Looking to move back to Texas when I am done here and instructing or finding another route to build time and experience. I look forward to adding my opinion on the different topics while I am at this Academy using my MacBook. ![]()

I am happy with my decision to come here for training. As far as advise I would say study and be prepared for each lesson. It will help make the most out of the time you have in the air. You can ride in the back seat, Gemini is what they call it, and that will help you see a different perspective especially if you do it with another instructor. Let me know if you have any other questions. I will try to help.

I believe it is $112/hour wet. You can take it overnight they just have paperwork that has to be filled out. I know of some that have taken a plane for the weekend. I am pretty sure you cannot take any FSA single over to the Keys. One of their regulations. Some have gone across the airport to Paris Air to rent. Cheaper prices and nicer planes on the inside.
