| Re: Newbie from KIND Welcome! I just moved to Indy a few months ago and am thrilled with the amount of aviation opportunity here. I live by KUMP but fly for a company based at KTYQ. Either way, there are a lot of great GA airports in these parts.

| Re: Newbie from KIND I work for CHQ, inthe Maintenance Planning Depart., and live down close to IND itself, right in the approach path so I get lots of eye candy...... I was born here in IN, but been in the military for the last 13+ years and still in, but now in the IN National Guard out of Shelbyville as a Hawk Crew Chief..... I too am a student pilot, but have not flown in 2807 days (since 1999) according to my electronic log book, but ready to finish finally now that things are slowing down for me........ Good to see other JCer's from IN here maybe we can have a JCer's day at one the the local airports or something, kinda like AOPA does........ |
