Awesome!

Maybe I oughta buy a JC seat and put it in the IAH crew lounge -- for XJT J'Cers only!

My butt got furloughed, plus I always wanted to see how sexy flychicago really is.

Appreciate all the kind words, when ya'll start hearing a yankee voice telling everyone (ya'll take care) on the radio, thats me.

Need some input from you ExpressJet guys/ERJ drivers. What headset do ya'll use? I have the boomless Telex 750 since all we used on the 8 was hand mics.

I use david clarks. Each aircraft is equipped with 3 pairs of the standard green clamps, so you don't have to carry them around. It's a pretty noisy cockpit. I think some people use the Telex 750's but they have the boom and an earplug in the open ear....I've even seen some that have an earplug with a boom mic attatched to that.

You will definitely need a headset with a mic. The intercom system has a hot mic feature, and that is how the pilots typically communicate with each other in flight.

Congratulations and welcome....
