 |  First IR Lesson I finally flew my first training flight toward the Instrument Rating. Even if it takes up to a year to finish (I know I won't be flying too often), I'm just glad I've finally started. It was interesting. The same amount of gauges when flying VFR, yet there seemed to so much more to take in at once.

 | Re: First IR Lesson That's awesome! Instrument training is challenging but also very rewarding. Remember that those first few lessons are the foundation for everything that you will be doing later in your training. Good luck!
