I got a finalized date - gotta be in the SLC Skywest schoolhouse on 12 FEB. I know there's a couple of SKYW guys on here, if you wouldn't mind PM'ing me I've got a couple of logistical questions.... |

Corn flakes? Potatoes? Never think the two could be combined together to make something appetizing. I guess you learn something new everyday

Famous Utah dish, called funeral potatoes because when the LDS church takes care of a funeral for someone it just became pretty common that the members would bring huge potato casseroles, along w/ ham, salad, rolls, etc. It's basically shredded or chopped potatoes w/ cream of chicken soup, or cream of mushroom, some onions, S&P. PUt that in the casserole, cover it with a couple cups of shredded cheddar, and top with a crunchy, then bake till it's golden brown and bubbly. The crunchy is usually corn flakes, ritz crackers, or bread crumbs.

| Old Skool | Yes they do consider it bootlegging, I have seen many a Utah Highway Patrol checkpoint coming in on I-80 from Wyoming and from the Idaho side on I-84, and have friends that went to jail for trying to "import" a keg of Evanston's finest. I don't know why people always say "bring real beer" because if the 3.2% aint cuttin it for ya just go to the liquor store and buy the beers brewed out of state. It has more to do with the state collecting revenue than prohibition.
