| Newbie | Well, I don't post much, but I just had to let everyone know that I finally finished up the expensive part. Got out of the Marine Corps in late april, got my A&P by May, started flight training in early May, and got a job offer with Air Orlando as a CFI, II, MEI yesterday. Although it's still the beginning of a very long road, it still feels pretty damn good. Thanks for all the encouragement and advice fellas. Happy new year! |

| Old Skool | Wow, that was quick. I started flying in June 94 and didn't get my CFI until Nov 01

| Newbie | Yeah I took a few weeks off to get married too. You stay pretty motivated when your old lady keeps nagging you to "get a damn job". |

| Awesome SGTCIV....good luck with your instructin'. Congrats on getting everything done so quickly--it takes initiative and doesn't hurt to have a nagging significant other to help you out :-) Pac Man |
