|  400Club No, I didnt get hired to fly a something-400 but it was kind of a milestone for me. Made the 400 club today on the bench press. (400 lbs., no spot) Took me effin' 10 years. Wheew!!

| Re: 400Club Nice! In high school I could do 200#. That was the highest. I also weighed <130 lbs. That's probably why  .

| Re: 400Club I was at 380 two years ago and tore my pec clean off the bone. total rupture of the pectoralis major tendon where it joins the humerus. Now that was real friggin nasty let me tell you. Can barely rep 225 now. sucks
