 |  FINALLY completed my long solo XC! I've been trying to knock this out for the last two months. I had been cancelled 5 times by wx, once by a Presidential TFR, attempted the flight once and turned around after about 15 miles out due to deteriorating visibility AND I made it halfway through the trip once and my plane died on the ground at one of the stops. I was beginning to think some invisible force didn't want me to do this flight but they must have been sleeping yesterday and my flight went off almost perfectly. I say screw you invisibile force!  | Re: FINALLY completed my long solo XC! Congrats man! I remember all of your posts on how this went wrong or that went wrong; glad to see this and that didn't happen again. Hopefully this means all of your bad luck is now out of the way, so nothing will go wrong for your checkride.
