Passed my 121 checkride (CRJ)

I is a real live airline pilot now!

"Congratulations, you passed your checkride." I have been waiting to here those words for so many years. Well, those words from an airline since I obviously had to have heard that a few times before already.

I will be based in Detroit until February then I go to Minneapolis.

I just realized I haven't been on JC since even before Net JC. I have a lot of catching up to do. I thought about you all a lot, but this sim training has been all-consuming. I am glad that this stage is over! I get to go pick up the uniform in the next few days. It's going to be wild seeing myself in one of those for the first time since Halloween when I was 11.

Since Brett is probably getting tanked right now, I'll answer.

MSP wasn't available out of training, but he got it on the next vacancy bid.

Congrats Brett, I think our entire class got our first choice bases- only thing is that its after jan 31. See ya in DTW!

I wish I was, but everyone is still in checkride mode and I have a 9am show tomorrow for my sim partner.
