Default Stop The Presses ...

WOW!!!!
Without even realizing it, I just logged my 1,000th entry and this makes 1001st entry. Wo Ho !!!!
For those that understand this place is an addiction! I may have taken longer to reach that milestone but I've been on here almost every day taking it all in, even when I was overseas for 8 Months. I can't tell how much the connections and friendships I've made here have meant to me. I am one of the fotunate ones that have arrived at my career goal so I find it very exciting to be part if only vicariously, in every one's accomplishments. I have made a few very good friends through this site and look forward to sharing with ohters as I have opportunity to do so. I am always available to give a nickel tour of the airplane I fly and have done so for a few here at JetCareers.
Despite some distractions in some threads, and most of those are due to simple misunderstanding of tone, this is the best single source site for those with a passion for aviation. There is a wealth of experience represented here both for the new up and comer and equally to the more seasoned aviators like myself. I find myself constantly challenged by some of the questions asked here and equally impressed with the depth of knowledge in the answers.
Doug you should be proud of your accomplishment and I encourage you to continue nurturing this site, developing it into the awesome example of people helping people. I truly feel like you've invited me into your living room ... thank you!

Jim

Jim, it is people like you that make this site what it is. Your insight and experience is appreciated, as is your service to our country.

Congrads on your 1001th post!

Very true tha tthis place is an addiction, I think everyone could echo that. Ive racked up my posts from being on here TOO much

And to everyone, the airplane he flies is a sweet ride. Ive been one of those privilaged to check it out. If the tour he gives cost a nickle, imagine what $20 could do...

I appreciate your time to help future avaitiors like myself weather it be posting or taking time out of your day to show off your shiney jet, Jim, you're one cool guy Thanks a million!!!

not to embarass you

Question Re: Stop The Presses ...

How many years did it take you to reach the 1000 mark milestone?
