Default New Position

So I've taken a step away from customer service ( I was working in the baggage office for jetblue in JFK), and have taken on the role of Load planner, new dept for Jetblue so it seems like a good opportunity to get in on. Even if it sucks, there are no more screaming customers hahahahaha.

We are all trying to figure that out now, it was a crapshot before, the ramp would load up the bags give the capt the #'s and hed say if it was ok or if they should start moving some bags, caused a lot of W&B delays..

The good thing about being a load planner at Delta was that all you had was put in the passenger load and match everything with the flight dispatcher numbers and store it. Rarely had to make adjustments unless tolerance was request by the ALA to be removed. Never really have to deal with delays. We just handled flights that were from our assigned city and entered the info.
