| Re: instrument airplane Congrats, dude. I remember when I got mine. I got socked in by icing conditions that moved in minutes after I got the temp cert. Had to stay the night at the airport lodge. It was really embarrassing going to the bartender and asking for a room for the night, because the hotel office was closed.
