Default Newbie

Hi all

Just joined. I figured that I would say hello and introduce myself

I have been interested in flying since as long as I can remember. I have just now started taking flying lessons at the local airport and hope to someday join the airline ranks. I have a LONG LONG way to go. Right now my biggest problem is money, man flying is expensive. I am 17 and just finished my first three takeoff and touch-and-goes for my solo, that was interesting; It's amazing how well a c-150 climbs without your instructor present.

Anyway ,just wanted to get myself out there.

Cool Thanks

I do plenty of reading for flying. Esp. to study for the written; is that lazy or what, I still haven't taken it (procrastination for you) but still have all the groundschool topics in my mind.

As for airline flying I've read much on the ups and downs of the job and can ascertain that overall it is quite a good job choice.

I just follow the advice that everyone always gives me; don't let anything, including money, get in the way.

Nothing has stopped me yet.

Anyway, thank you guys once again and I will try to keep up and ask lots of questions on my carrear choice.

Welcome to the addiction PK, we're glad to have you on board... feel free to ask any questions, no matter how many times they been answered already (however, we do recommend doing a search first, then asking)

Thank you too.

I'll have plenty of questions. Me and my whole 9.6 hours will require much needed knowledge fromthe pros.
