|  Gave my notice today - off to the next step I've been watching these forums for the last few months in silence, but I gave my two weeks notice today (at a large online retailer who shall remain as nameless as that large river in South America), so I'm finally in a position to speak up and say thanks! I've been flying since 2000 just for fun, but beginning in June, as my job satisfaction declined, I began looking for something better. I've got a few close family friends who Captain the big iron and after consulting extensively with them and reviewing all the info out there that is to be had, I'm heading off to ATP Sacramento on Dec 27th to begin what I expect will be the next step in my evolution. Thanks to the experienced folks here that have provided some excellent guidance, and thanks to Doug for providing the sandbox for us to play (mostly nice) in. I look forward to contributing! -Dave |
