|  Solo :) Today was the day I soloed, exactly 9 months after taking my intro flight.  If you remember, I was suppose to solo on my 16th birthday but could not since I was hospitalized with two broken feet (long story!). So today, after getting back into the grove of things, including a newer CFI, I accomplished something a lot of people don't even think about doing...heres how it went  My CFI and I took off and landed twice, then after the second time he asked me if I had a pen. I started shaking! He shook my hand and I was off, AWESOME! I don't even know how to explain it! After my .4 Solo time I took the ceremonial pictures, then the infamous shirt cutting inside the FBO..what a day!! If your wondering, I'm 16 years old, junior in high school 18 TT, Cessna 152 |
