Never missed a day in 10 years with me. We decided to stop using them in May to let her body get the hormones out of her system. Didn't realize how quickly THAT would happen. Like someone's gonna admit "yeah, I missed one a while back" or something! It's much easier to say "OH YEAH! I ALWAYS took them on time. Whoops!" [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img] There are also lots of things that can decrease their effectiveness - antibiotics being the biggie, but even things like St. John's Wort are in question. Even a few hours late would wig me out. Of course, I have taken medication my whole life for allergies, so I'm used to being on a strict schedule. It goes on the dot, to the minute, every morning. |
