| Re: we\'ve ADOPTED... It's a linksys 54G 802.11G router.
The SpeedBoost option, I've heard, is largely unreliable and a simple marketing gimmick.
If you're just logging onto the internet a cheap 802.11B will be fine, but if you're doing home networking and doing a lot of file swaps on your home network, 802.11G is a better choice.
If you're just logging on the internet, you won't see a difference between 802.11B, 802.11G or 802.11G w/speed boost. |

| Re: we\'ve ADOPTED... Thanks Doug and Amber. I'll probably just go with the G for $60 bucks since I have used the B from someone across the hall (without them knowing) and it is super slow. |

| Re: we\'ve ADOPTED... Brian see its also alot harder for Kristie to nag Doug on here about him not doing his chores. haha. But also we see that Kristie knows how to chat and work at the same time not a bad deal. I think they call that multi tasking. |

| Re: we\'ve ADOPTED... When my old roommate and her boyfriend were thinking of names for their little girl, he brought up 'Piper'. She was all for it until someone told her that Piper was an aircraft manufacturer.
She told him "You named your dog Cessna, and now you want to name your daughter Piper?! I don't think so!" |
