Considering there was some interest shown in another thread about a Memphis M&G, I thought I would start us an avenue for discussion and possible planning.

I'm all for it.

Anybody else? Thoughts or ideas for when and where?

Any Saturday afternoon/evening within the next few weeks or so as ill be going to the school house at the end of the month

But don't get drunk as a monkey and think the waitress is after anything other than working on that tip!

Exactly...The only thing I work on in that place is my buzz! Bc I def. dont work on my game in there....The beer is too good to worry about anything else

If you're spending the night don't stay at the radisson at the airport.

Was there last night on an overnight. Rudest staff/drivers/employees you could imagine.

Not to mention FedEx right outside your window in the middle of the night.

Right now, my schedule is pretty cloudy. I've got tomorrow, Saturday and Sunday off. Past that, I have no idea. I'm definitely down for getting together somewhere.

Next couple of weeks are hit or miss for me. This weekend is potentially okay, but I have my oral exam on the morning of Sunday the 18th. The following weekend I am moving, so that weekend is out. After that I am good until the second weekend in June...after that, who knows.

So does this saturday work for everyone? I know its short notice but this is going to be one of the last weekends ill have available for a while, as it sounds to be the case for most everyone else

Graduation this weekend, but if it's in the evening, I might be able to swing it.

As of right now, I dunno if Saturday night is going to work now that I looked at my schedule again. I think I'm going to have to commute in to work the night before, because FedEx doesn't run the 330 flight on Sunday mornings.

Hey guys I am originally from memphis but im currently stationed in Fort Benning Georgia. Well Im coming back to Memphis this weekend to visit my girlfriend and was wondering if I could get in on this Meet and Greet? Also my girlfriend is very interested in me flying and would like for me to pursue it for a career so I was also wondering if it would be ok for her to come to? Thanks for your time gang. Saucer's food is weak, but I can sit there and drink beer ALL NIGHT and this seems to be the place of interest.....We could go downtown or cordova, you guys' call...So does this saturday sound good for everyone or is this weekend kinda deadbeat?

So this kinda became a dead issue....Anyone still up for it? I have this week off so pretty much any night will be good unless I leave town to go see the lady friend.....Plus I think we have some celebrating to do for the new skipper amongst us?
