| Re: NYC Meet and Greet: Lets do it Hilton Hotel in Times Square has like a free open lobby on like the 4th floor, Preety decent meeting spot. Then maybe we could all hang out around the sqaure?

| Re: NYC Meet and Greet: Lets do it Arite so I'm thinking: Saturday, May 10, 2008 (Hilton Hotel in Times Square 4th Floor free open lobby) I will scout the location to make sure Noon to Two or Three I'd say bring some a bunch of copies of info about yourself, so we can all get to know eachother and talk, with the following stuff: 1. JC screenname 2. AIM screenname 3. E-mail address 4. Name 5. Cell phone number 6. Aviation interests or current training 7. Current employment 8. Career Accomplishments and Goals 9. Any other important info There's also other fun stuff to do down in Times Square, like movies and such, so maybe we can make that a part of the outing. One thing I'm still unsure about is how we will know how to find eachother. Perhaps I will make a JC sign. Any comments suggestions or questions please let me know |
