Default Going to Japan for a couple of days

I will be in Japan for a couple of days, will arrive on 28-March & depart on
31-March. If anybody is in Japan, let me know, maybe we can meet for drinks.

Enjoy your time here! Where abouts will you be in Japan?
I live in a really rural town about 4 - 5 hours out of Tokyo. Shame I'll be working then, its always good to meet new faces!

The power of Jetcareers...

Pengy posts that he'll be in Japan, and asks if anyone will be there...

20 minutes later... someone from Japan posts!

Where else besides JC? Nowhere methinks...

Bob

Hey Mike
Oh you'll like it there, I go there often in the summer, great beaches near the Izu area. Probably still a little cold to go swimming though. Im still about 2 or 3 hours from Izu, in a prefecture called Yamanashi.
The last 3 years I've been working as an English teacher at 2 rural junior highs. I've loved my time here, but will be making the move home to Australia in a few months. After that, expect me to be filling the "changing career" section with problems and questions!

Captain Bob
Yes, it's amazing isn't it. JC has to be one of the greatest resources ever!

I have been there many times before, I am always amazed how much the area grows every time I return.

When my wife & I were thinking of living in Japan, I considered taking an assignment as an english teacher.

Good luck on your return to Australia, hopefully, you made some good money while living in the land of the rising sun.

And yes, I am always amazed by the power of the J/C community!
