So.... I propose DRIFT, downtown scottsdale...just cuz i like the place and cuz those dang heaters shouldn't be on anymore. haha

other than that, i'd also propose an irish pub due to it being close to st. patty's day....We've done Rula Bula already so it's time for a new place...Skeptical Chemyst and Temple Bar is up near us.... any other suggestions?

other than that, there's Delux which is a really good hamburger joint off of 32nd Street & Camelback (i think)... we'd definitely have to call for reservations pretty fast since it's not that big of a restaurant....we also know of a few places downtown off of Central Ave that are also excellent (albiet in "the district").

And there's always Desert Ridge (altho, no more Malee's... i've had enuff of that restuarant). Maybe yardhouse would be good for our size group.

Good to hear you and Dana are coming, Walt.....Dana and I need to compare spa notes hehe

Drift was pretty sweet because it has the patio and the indoors as well. And they have Kona on tap. I've been told Skeptical Chemyst is pretty good too. Do they have a patio?

they do have a patio....most of the smokers sit out there though

Well, Toria's staying right in between downtown and north snottsdale...in downtown area, there are places like Buca Di Bepo, Banderas (Awesome steakhouse but pricey), Schlotzkey's deli (hehe), Los Olivos, PF Changs, Yardhouse, Kona Grill, Z Tejas and i'm sure there are others.

since it's a thursday night and some of our peeps will have to work on friday, i think we should get together earlier, like maybe 6PM?

If we wanted to meet closer to her hotel, then i'd suggest something off of or near Indian Bend/ Via De Ventura like Garduno's (awesome mexican!!), Sakana Sushi, Vine Tavern...i have to remember what else is down in that area...haha

I wasn't a big fan of Buca. But the other places work well. Bandera is awesome so is Tejas and Kona. I won't be out of work till 7 though so I might not be able to eat with ya'll.

well, maybe we'll keep it at 7:30 like we normally do since i too don't technically get out of work till 7.....i just figured i'd make up the time the following day.
